  I am a United States Marine Corps veteran, having served honorably for eight and a half years from 2004 to 2012. My military experience shaped my leadership style and instilled a strong foundation in accountability, situational awareness, and disciplined risk management.

After my service, I continued to serve by working with the Wounded Warrior Project advocating legislation on behalf of veterans and their families to Members of Congress.

In parallel, I have built over a decade of experience in the private security industry. Beginning as a security guard, I advanced into supervisory and leadership roles, ultimately serving as an Event Director, and eventually Managing Partner. In that capacity, I managed large security teams, coordinated directly with venue partners, and led on-site operations for live events.

 Across all operations, I emphasize professionalism, customer service, and de-escalation. My teams are trained to communicate clearly, act responsibly, and resolve issues calmly—ensuring guests feel safe, respected, and welcome while minimizing risk to venues and partners.

This approach is the foundation of my company and guides every operation we manage -  Pax Security – named after the Roman goddess of peace, reflecting our commitment to safety, professionalism, and the protection of those we serve.
